To complete a booking, we require:
A copy of each driver’s valid driving licence
A copy of each driver’s passport
The address where you will be staying in Spain
A contact telephone number
A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining 80% balance must be paid no later than 10 days before the start of the rental period.
For bookings made within 10 days of the rental start date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
The Renter agrees to pay the rental fee for the vehicle as confirmed at the time of booking.
A refundable security deposit of €250 is required at time of vehicle collection. This deposit may be used to cover any damage to the vehicle or its equipment, missing items, or other charges arising during the rental period. If the vehicle is returned in the same condition in which it was hired, subject to normal wear and tear, the deposit will be refunded upon final handover back to the hire company.
The security deposit also serves as the insurance excess payable by the Renter if an insurance claim arises during the rental period.
If you cancel more than 10 days before your rental start date, the 20% booking deposit will be retained.
Cancellations made within 10 days of the rental start date are non-refundable, and all monies paid will be forfeited.
In exceptional circumstances, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a credit or partial credit towards a future booking. Any refund or credit offered remains entirely at our discretion.
The rental period is defined in your rental agreement.
Should you wish to extend your hire, you must contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled return date. Extensions are subject to vehicle availability and must be paid for before a revised rental agreement is issued.
No refunds will be provided for vehicles returned before the agreed return date.
All vehicles are regularly serviced, maintained, taxed, insured, and inspected in accordance with Spanish legal requirements.
Vehicles are supplied in good working order and should be returned in the same condition, together with all supplied documents, accessories, tools, and equipment.
Any mechanical issue, warning light, or fault must be reported to us immediately so that appropriate assistance can be arranged.
All vehicles are professionally cleaned before each rental. If a vehicle is returned in an excessively dirty condition requiring specialist cleaning, a cleaning charge of up to €100 may apply.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. This includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping devices, e-cigarettes, and similar products.
If evidence of smoking is found, a cleaning charge of between €75 and €200 may be applied depending on the extent of cleaning required.
The renter is responsible for the cost of replacing lost, stolen, or damaged vehicle keys.
Replacement costs start from €250 and may vary depending on the vehicle and locksmith charges.
The renter is responsible for any tyre damage, punctures, or replacement costs arising during the rental period.
Our wheelchair-accessible vehicle has been specially adapted to accommodate a wheelchair user via a rear access ramp.
While every effort is made to ensure availability, we reserve the right to withdraw or substitute this vehicle should unforeseen mechanical or operational issues occur.
Where possible, a suitable alternative vehicle will be provided. If no suitable replacement is available, a full refund will be issued.
All vehicles are covered by standard Spanish fleet insurance and roadside assistance.
The insurance applies to the rental vehicle only and does not cover the driver, passengers, or personal belongings.
Additional Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) cover may be available for purchase.
The insurance does not cover:
Lost or damaged keys
Incorrect fuel usage
Tyre damage or punctures (damage to tyres or wheels is at the Renter’s expense.)
Any damage resulting from misuse or breach of these Terms
*The €250 security deposit taken at time of vehicle collection also serves as the insurance excess payable by the Renter if an insurance claim arises during the rental period.
Any costs arising from excluded items remain the responsibility of the renter.
Vehicles may only be driven by drivers named on the rental agreement.
Up to two additional drivers may be added free of charge, subject to approval.
By signing this agreement, the Renter confirms that they are legally and physically capable of driving the rental vehicle.
To qualify to rent and drive the vehicle, the Renter must:
At vehicle collection, the Renter must present the following original documents:
The vehicle must not be:
Driven by anyone not authorised on the rental agreement
Used for racing, competitions, track events, or performance testing
Used for commercial passenger or goods transport
Used to tow another vehicle or trailer unless specifically authorised
Taken outside mainland Spain without written permission
Modified in any way
Used while the driver is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that impairs driving ability
If a warning light appears or a mechanical fault develops, driving should cease immediately where safe to do so, and we must be contacted without delay.
Any breach of these conditions may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund.
Where insurance cover is invalidated due to misuse or breach of these Terms, the renter will be responsible for all resulting costs and damages.
The renter is responsible for all parking fines, speeding penalties, toll charges, and other driving offences incurred during the rental period.
Where we receive a fine, we may either:
Pay the fine on your behalf and recharge the amount plus a €15 administration fee; or
Transfer your details directly to the relevant authority.
Failure to settle charges promptly may result in additional penalties imposed by the issuing authority.
Vehicles are supplied with a minimum of half a tank of fuel and should be returned with the same level.
If the fuel level is lower upon return, the missing fuel will be charged together with any applicable refuelling costs.
Incorrect fuelling must be reported immediately. Any costs associated with draining, repairing, or recovering the vehicle due to incorrect fuel use will be charged to the renter. Charges may start from €300.
Free vehicle delivery and collection is available within 50 kilometres of our operating base (including Murcia Corvera Airport).
For locations beyond 50 kilometres, an additional charge may apply based on distance travelled.
